From time to time we receive anonymous notes, letters and 3rd party requests that sometimes get lost in the shuffle. This form is a place for you to send us a little note about the band and its workings while remaining anonymous. Just keep in mind that we can’t always make a change based on these notes and that we will not have a way to follow up with you on it after. Let us know how we are doing!
